Warranty conditions
KAMAX products are high quality you can trust!
All of our sunscreen products have a 36 month warranty period, effective from the date of manufacture of the item. The warranty covers any defects resulting from the quality of materials and workmanship. The timeframe for repair depends on the product and its complexity. If a warranty defect is found, it shall be rectified by Kamax by replacing the defective part or product as soon as possible. If the product cannot be repaired, it shall be replaced by a new one of the same type. The warranty period of the new product shall be the warranty period of the replaced product. There is no statutory prescription for the maximum number of repairs that are permissible to require the replacement of a product.
The warranty is not valid in the following cases:
- Improper installation by the customer or unauthorized persons.
- When the failure is due to accident, moisture, electric shocks, dusting, contact with animals, detergents and liquids.
- In case of improper use of the product, improper cleaning and exposure to weather conditions such as rain, snow, strong wind, hail, contrary to the manufacturer's requirements.
- When carrying out repairs on your own without returning the goods to the specialists at Kamax. - When a difference in shades of natural material.
Color variations of up to 20% are possible, depending on the batch. Texture variation is also possible according to the threads of the woven fabrics.
If a warranty defect is found, the same shall be removed at the expense of KAMAX Ltd. by replacing the defective part or article as soon as possible. Our service is also at your disposal in case of out-of-warranty defects.

Order cancellation
Sunscreens are made entirely to individual customer request. They are not returnable for any reason, except for warranty repairs. Cancellation of the order and any changes to the specification are only valid up to the time the order is placed.
Warranty conditions for "Somfy" brand automation
The warranty period covers a period of 60 months, from the date of manufacture. It covers all malfunctions for any "Somfy" branded automation caused by defects resulting from the quality of materials, workmanship and/or installation. The warranty is not valid in the event of misuse of the products and improper handling of the controlled mechanisms; in the event of mechanical damage to any of the components of the automatics; in the event of disassembly of the product or carrying out additional modifications; in the event of damage caused by malfunctions in the electrical installation, short-circuiting or the supply of a power supply other than that specified (230V/50 Hz).
Warranty conditions for "DAS" fabrics
The warranty period covers a period of 36 months, from the date of installation. It covers all faults caused by defects resulting from the quality of materials, workmanship and/or installation. The valid warranty card must be completed with the date of installation and stamped by the retailer who installed the product. When claiming a repair, the warranty card must be accompanied by proof of purchase. Kamax Ltd reserves the right to final approval relating to the replacement of the fabric after inspection by the Corrections Department.
Warranty conditions for PARA Tempotest® fabrics
Tempotest® is a quality guarantee for a long life!
The warranty is valid for 8 years and starts from the date of purchase of the product. It is only valid in the presence of a Tempotest® certificate and only applies to Tempotest® fabric. The warranty only covers the loss of color and resistance of the fabric under normal exposure to sun, salty and general weather factors. Any additional costs for the manufacture and installation of the product are not covered by the warranty, or is damage caused by improper use, mechanical impact, intentional damage or improper installation. The warranty does not cover the cost of manufacture of the finished product.
