All of our sunscreen products have a 36-month warranty period which is valid from the date of production of the product. The warranty covers all types of defects resulting from the quality of the materials and the production. The deadline for repairing varies depending on the product and its complexity. When discovering a warranty defect, the same is eliminated by Kamax by replacing the damaged component or product in the shortest possible period. In case the product cannot be repaired it is replaced with a new one of the same type. The warranty period of the new product is valid as long as the warranty period of the replaced product. There is no legal requirement for a maximum number of repairs that imposes the replacement of a product with a new one.
- For improper repair, executed by the client or by an unauthorized person;
- When the damage is a result of an accident, humidity, electricity, dust, contacts with animals, detergents and liquids;
- For improper exploitation of the product, improper cleaning and exposing to climate conditions such as rain, snow, strong wind, hail, in disagreement with the manufacturers’ requirements;
- When performing a repair by yourself, without returning the product to the specialized team of Kamax;
- Warranty does not apply for resistance of the color (fading) of the textile fabrics, materials, and plastic components
- Cases of sticking (and eventual breaking) of fabrics, resulting from condensation
- Cases of damaging the physical wholeness of the product
- Cases of removing the label of Kamax
- Cases of differences in the shades of the natural material;
Variations in the colors up to 20% are possible depending on the patch. Variation in the texture is also possible depending on the threads of the woven fabrics.
When discovering a warranty defect, the same is eliminated by Kamax by replacing the damaged component or product in the shortest possible period. Our service is available to you for out-of-warranty defects as well.

Sunscreen products are manufactured completely by individual order of the client. Under no circumstances are they a subject of returning, except for a warranty repair. Annulment of the order and any types of changes in the specification are valid only up to the moment of production of the order.
The warranty period covers 60 months from the date of production. It regards all malfunctions with the automation of “Somfy”, caused by defects resulting from the quality of the materials, production and/or installation. The warranty is invalid in cases of improper use of the products and improper manipulations with the controlling mechanisms; in case of a technical damaging of some of the components of the automation; in case of disassembling of the product or executing additional processing; in case of damage caused by malfunctions in the electric installation, short circuit, or power supply different from the one stated (230V/50 Hz).
The warranty period covers 60 months from the date of production. It regards all malfunctions, caused by defects resulting from the quality of the materials, production and/or installation. The valid warranty card has to be filled with the date of the installation and to have a print from the retailer who installs the product. When requesting a repair you need to present the warranty card along with a document evidencing the purchase. Firm Kamax preserves its right to execute final approval regarding the change of the fabric after a viewing performed by department “Corrections”.
Tempotest® is a quality warranty for long life!
The warranty period covers 8 years starting from the date of purchase of the product. It is valid only if you have Tempotest® certificate and it regards only Tempotest® fabrics. The warranty covers only the loss of color and resistance of the material if the product is normally exposed to sun, salinity and other atmospheric conditions. Any additional expenses for production and installation of the product are not covered by the warranty as well as damages caused by improper exploitation, technical influence, intentional damages or improper installation. The warranty does not cover the expenses for production of the ready product.
