Warranties
 
All our sun-protection products have a 24 or 36 month warranty. The warranty covers any defect, which has appeared as a result of the quality of materials and preparation. The warranty stops being valid automatically upon incorrect mounting, performance of additional adjustments and wrong usage of the product.
The warranty for the electric drive and automatics looses validity in case of damage, caused by problems with the electrical installation, a shortcut or the wrong voltage being applied.
In case a warranty defect has been found, it will be fixed at the expense of “KAMAKS” LTD through an exchange of the defected part in the shortest possible time. We are at your service also for defects, which occur outside of the warranty.

Annulling an order
 
Sun-protection products are prepared individually. They can not be returned fr any reason outside the warranty repair. The annulling of an order and any changes in the specification can only take place before the ordered product is prepared.
